It's April, Fools!

This has never been an important holiday to me. I usually kind of hate it. I do not like being laughed at or feeling like everyone else is in on a joke. I do love any excuse to celebrate though so I made the boys a tricky dinner. It was so hard to make this without the boys seeing since they always want to be in the kitchen helping.

Our dinner consisted of cupcakes (meatloaf with mashed potato icing and chive sprinkles), sunny side up eggs (yogurt and half of a peach), ice cream with caramel drizzle (mashed potatoes and gravy), lollipops (broccoli), and juice (jello).

The boys gobbled it up.
