Sam and Edison went on a date, while I sneakily prepared the house for Sam's surprise party. They went fishing and then got beignets. I kept sending Sam texts to get updates on where they were so I would know when to expect him.
Alex had his Mommy Date the following week. I basically dragged him around town running errands for the drive-in movie party. But we spent time together and that was the goal.
