One day I will get around to writing the labor and delivery story. But right now I am overwhelmed with feelings of love for Sam. This morning, I slept in until 11:30am, except for waking up to feed Edison. Sam would then come get Edison, burp him, and take him out. I could hear Sam doing the dishes. Then I heard Alex giggling in the bath tub. Once I finally got up, I took a shower while Sam fed Alex lunch. Feeding Alex is an exhausting trial every meal so Sam feeding Alex breakfast, second breakfast, and lunch is an amazing service to me.
Although I no longer feel pregnant, I still feel frumpy. Sam genuinely told me that I looked so skinny and even told Alex to "Look at how skinny Mommy is." Today has been a good day. I don't know how I got so lucky that I get to be married to Sam, but it is an incredible blessing to me. My children have a great father.

This is me "liking" your post. So sweet and candid. Congrats on having Edison! He looks like Sam in that picture you put up. :) Hope you are feeling well and healing even better! Trust Sam, he knows what he's talking about :)
cute! I love hearing couples talk like this, we all need more of it!
That is really sweet of Sam! I am glad you are getting some rest!
I wish I could have a husband like yours someday. I can dream can't I?! I look forward to Edison's adventures someday on here...cuz Alex's were a riot!!!
You have an angel of a husband!
Edison is absolutely perfect; hope you're loving life as a family of four!
I love that Alex has a second breakfast. Oh, and Sam rocks.

Hurray for husbands. They are so needeed in life.
I'm sorry you're feeling frumpy. I'm sure you'll be back to your skinny body soon (although I'm sure you're still quite skinny). And again, hurray for a husband that makes you feel good about yourself!
Sam is really awesome. I'm going to make sure Kurt reads that post :)
I just got on to tell you that you and Edison were in my dream last night. And Edison was already starting to army crawl and all of us watching him were saying...we know Alex started crawling early but this is insane. Dreams.... :)
Awww that is so sweet! He is so good to you. Aaron has definitely become even more caring and kind since I've been pregnant. I can't wait to see him in action with our little baby. :)
This is such a great post! Kudos to you, Sam. And CONGRATS to both of you! I've been a slacker as far as blog stalking goes. Edison is a lucky little boy!
