Alex and I are in a fight today.

I am supposed to go visiting teaching in fifteen minutes. I really hope the women I am visiting don't mind a screaming baby. You see, whenever I plan something, Alex decides that he is going to do everything he can to not cooperate with those plans. I will keep him on a great schedule every day and then the day when I have something to do, he will wake up really early or really late, he will decide he wants to eat for 30 minutes or he won't eat until it is time to leave, he will scream and decide to take a nap 10 minutes before it's time to leave.

Today, he screamed for two hours in his crib. When I walked in to get him out of the corner (he gets stuck in the corner on his stomach and can't roll over), I found him standing up. He pulled himself up on the crib. I realize that my life just got a lot more difficult. He will be coming with me in his pajamas when I go visiting teaching. I am sure he will want to eat right when we get there. I met his evil twin (A)lex Luther. Alex and I are in a fight today.

Do you ever just find yourself watching them cry, sometimes the way their little faces contort is SO cute I find my self fascinated by it and forget that I am supposed to be stopping them from crying... or maybe it's just SEVERE sleep deprivation! LOL
I was just thinking of that because Alex looks ADORABLE in that picture :-) Seriously! Good luck with his evil twin!

Great picture!! He was just fine at my house. Maybe he was too busy dodging Magdalena to cry :).

Yeah, I know what you mean. Landon will be practically perfect most days with eating and naps. Then, it's the day we actually go somewhere (like to church or something) and then he decides to not cooperate.

From crawling to pulling himself up in 3 days. Oh yeah. Welcome (again) to motherhood. I want to come snuggle him.

Oh yeah...babies seem to have a sixth sense for this kind of thing. And when I say "babies," I mean Grace because she's the only baby I really know. :) But she likes to mix it up. She was always happy to unexpectedly misbehave when I especially needed her to be good. Or at least be normal. Sigh...good thing they're so cute and lovable.
