Jaunt to Arizona
Between the wedding and my family reunion, Alex and I went to Arizona for a few days. It was fun to be home and I loved the Arizona heat. It was nice to be in dry heat. In the mornings, I would think about what I wanted to wear and then kind of laugh at myself for even considering wearing pants. I drove past my high school and could not believe the overwhelming feelings I had come back to me. I don't know very many people in Arizona anymore (most of my friends are off to various colleges) but it was fun to see a few of those who still live in/around Mesa. As always, I loved spending time with my immediate and extended family and teasing my little brothers. They have it too easy now that the older siblings live far away!

Emily, that picture of all your brothers playing video games reminds me a TON of my sophmore year of high school when I hung out with Matt, Justin, Justitn and Nathan. That is exactly what it looked like :)
